A WEEKLY SHEDULE GLADLY SHARED-PART ONE

In order to accomplish our ideals and our dreams and at the same time face our responsabilities and obligations by working on a daily basis to get rid of our bad habits and also create new habits that will immediatly substitute these wrong habits we need to count with something reliable where we can keep track of our advancement. It was thanks to Benjamin Franklin when at thirteen years of age I discovered, in an thick, heavy and old PHILOSOPHY BOOK a very practical application of knowledge. He said that it would be a good idea if we counted witha personal journal on which, on a daily basis we could have a reliable follow up of our mastering our life by eliminating first our wrong habits and at the same time create new good habits in order to substitute them right away. It was until I was a married man with four children that I decided to apply that suggestion made by our friend Benjamin Franklin.
I tried several ways to accopmlish this task. It was until my fifth try that I succeeded.What follows is just a rough description thay has worked for me, it can be changed and adapted to your personal needs.

I discoverd that this weekly schedule had to be divided in four main parts; The first part would depict the new moon; the first quarter moon would be illustrated on the second part; the third part hqd to do with the full moon and the last part would be dedicated to the last quarter moon. You might ask what does the different moon phases have to do with our self-improvement? Instead of giving you a long and logic explanation I prefer that you get convinced by your observations. Please try this method for a couple of months and then you'll decide if it is well worth or not. Bellow is the description of only one part, let's keep in mind that it can be appliedto the rest thrtee parts with minor modification.

The first line is to write down the moon phase of every day.
The second line is to write down the number of the day of the month.

OUR BLESSED MENTAL SKILL: IMAGINATION

This wonderful mental process, according to experts advice, would be something very desirable to be highly improved.The main reason for doing so, these people proclaim is that both, our imagination and creativity are indeed a dynamic duo who always help each other.

Creative people have always found a special niche in our world. Creative human beings have usually depended on this amazing human capacity. In our long past people were much more oriented to high emotional states, because they faced death quite often. Their survival insticts were very acute. In most esoteric mystery schools it was taken for granted this next fact: Our imagination posseses a very unique quality.God gave man this fantastic tool called imagination the capacity to move frrely forwards and backwards. It was like our imagination hanged from an invisible, but at the same time powerful elastic thread. Like a pendulum it can travel backwards to our distant opast , as well as, our immediate future.

During our long History there have been some special men and women whose creative imagination has brought us a lot of benefits, for example the long time women used to spend in a kitchen preparing food has dramatically been reduced. Yes, our common daily activities have been highly simplified, so we can spend more time trying to know oueselves a little better. Besides, it was thanks to Jesus Christ that the ammount of lessons learnt has been also reduced.Nowadays everthything has suddenly become easier tasks to be carried out by us. We live in an age full of wonderful growing golden opportunities.

It is time to ask ourselves these next questions:

Have I done enough to give my imagination the freedom it needs?

Have I enjoyed my moments spent in deep intentional thinking or have I felt uneasy about it?

Have I found in my meditations the required inspiration to continue in the search for my self-improvement?

Have I developed communication techniques to improve my daily communication with everybody?

Does my face express in a sincer smile my inner happiness?



Talking about communication. Isn't it an undeniable fact that now machines suprass us regarding how well they communicate among them. On the other hand we, human beings usually have a hard time when we wish to communicate with our feelow men. Here it is time to ask ourselves another important question:

How many daily minutes do I spend immersed in intentional thinking not only to find solutions to our daily problems, but dedicated to the improvement of human relations? I firmly believe that THE VOW would be carried out more easily if we acquire this daily habit.

THE COSMIC WATERFALL

It's time to share with you all, an excellent relaxing exercise by visualizing our psychic centers.



After spending many years as an instructor for effective relaxation, my students and I discovered that it was after relaxing our minds and bodies three times, starting from our gonads until we reach our pineal body in an upward fashion we were ready to relax our body from our pineal organ all the way down like a waterfall made of pure cosmic energy to our gonads.



Let's start by repeating this affirmation three times:



"I feel in every cell of my psychic centers the great influence of the peace and the harmony of the Universe. All the Universe's attributes are concentrated around each of my cells, affecting them by cleaning them first, and then reinforcing them with the Cosmic Rhythm. I feel deeply this balancing and spinning cosmic energy. I feel it. I feel it. I feel it!"



Repeat the next instructions like you were talking to yourself on three occasions.



Now I focus this spinning and expanding spiritual energy in my gonads, the gonad's energy ascends into both of my adrenal glands; the left and the right. Now I have two different kinds of energies climbing up flowing into the core of my solar plexus. In my solar plexus are blended the gonad's energy, the adrenals energies plus my solar plexus energies. These energies spin and flow into my cardiac plexus. In my cardiac plexus starts the harmonious mixing of the energies coming from: my gonads, my adrenals, my solar plexus and my cardiac plexus. Now these four kinds of powerful energies are projected into my thyroid gland. My thyroid gland becomes a harmonious red sphere where are gathered the energies coming from: gonads, adrenals, solar plexus, cardiac plexus and thyroid gland. This red sphere starts to vibrate with a lot of heat, electricity and magnetism. Now I send these energies into my pituitary gland: Front and back lobes. There the energies start spinning; suddenly these great forces are eaten up by my pineal organ.



It is after I've made the ascendant energies when I'll be ready to imagine a waterfall descending in a beautiful manner; pineal, pituitary, third eye, inner ears, eyes, nostrils, thyroid, cardiac plexus, adrenals and gonads. This descending flowing will be channeled through my gonads into my tights, knees, shins. Ankles and feet.

This cascade will continue its magnifecent cleansing until it runs into our ground.

OUR SPIRITUALITY AND CONSCIOUSNESS HELPING EACH OT

The Mystical Ice Cream Analogy.

Depicting the connection between the spiritual realm and our multi-level consciousness is greatly understood by using the symbol of an ice cream cone; the ice cream illustraing our spirituality and the inverted cone representing our three segment consciousness mind.

Our consciousness can be portrayed imagining it to be an inverted cone; the upper two thirds belonging to our subconscious mind and one third comprises two of our minds; the subjective and objective minds.The tip of this inverted cone would depict our objective mind with its five sense receptors including our central nervous system. Ascending we find our subjective mind. This mind displays five levels. Starting from the bottom is where our memory files are placed; then we find our reasoning powers:inductive, deductive and silogistic; next our important imagination, and a little above this level we can find our intuition. This extremly important mental process ascend via a magnetic silver thread all the way up into our subconscious mind dissappearing in the spiritual realm. So on the upper part of this imaginary cone there is our multi-level subconsciousness. Here we find our emotions, insicts, total memory(past lives), part of our intuition and our sympathic nervous system. Now we are more than ready to wait for our next article emphazising on our creative imagination.

OUR INNER VOICE

INNER VOICE

It is indeed a very interesting experience when we really try to listen to this sacred and wise voice. Please imagine one’s soul personality always being connected with God and His Hierarchy. A lot of useful information is whispered into its ears, then our inner voice does the same with us, tries to whisper in our inner ears this information, but its voice is very, very quiet and subtle. It never commands. It always suggests. Our mind and the brain, which is its material vehicle most times tries to avoid this Divine manifestation. It is perhaps one of the most difficult tasks a human being possessing a loving heart can accomplished. I’ve just said difficult, but not impossible. As our dear friend and spiritual guide Deepak Chopra has expressed our intellect interferes with this. Here are some recommended actions precisely expressed by this inner voice. Please pick out a classical selection and only try to listen to the softest instrumental sounds. Another tip is that in our meditations spend some time imagining try to unblock our inner ears. Our inner ears make a perfect triangle with our pineal body. It would be recommended that by using our imagination send some of this powerful and harmonious energy from the pineal body abundantly flowing right into both inner ears, feeling a slightly temperature increase on both ears. Let’s finish trying to listen to the peculiar musical note each color has, because indeed each color has its characteristic sound. Colors are able to speak loud and clear if we try to not just look at them, but listen to them. Colors can also be smelled, and because our olfactory nerve sends its information to our third eye and our third eye at the same time sends it to our pineal organ, a beneficial short-circuit is going around and around travelling from our inner ears to our pineal body and from there to our nose. And to finish this article our fingertips can detect the different touch sensations from each color.

EAGERLY WAITING FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE

Having in mind the next popular saying: “It’s an ill wind that blows nobody any good” and in Spanish: “No hay mal que por bien no venga” Made me wonder about our next ten years. Since an early age I was very lucky to be accepted in mysticism which cast a lot of esoteric wonderful teachings into my hungry mind and loving heart.
Change is the only law of Nature that doesn’t change; anything else sooner or later has to change. That’s one of the basics laws of life. So it would be very wise to start learning this wonderful lesson to avoid panic in our lives. Who knows better? God does. Aren’t we His most wonderful creation? Indeed we are. So we shouldn’t be worried at all! In order to experience a dramatic spiritual awakening by elimination our superfluous living this apparently hard measure will bring almost everybody to experience a harmonious balance. It definitely is for our own good and evolution, no doubt about it. Here It would be beneficial to try to explain something amazing and hard at the same time my three encounters with THE AKHASIC RECORDS. After a daily meditation I saw my self in a very clean and at the same time strange place. It was a combination of a museum, a library and a very sacred temple. Regarding the museum, it had thousands of man-made objects made ten thousand years ago and just made yesterday. It was very peculiar how you really couldn’t distinguish which was made yesterday and which was made ten thousand years ago. It was by comparing two tools that it was indeed difficult to know which was which. It was mainly due to the fact that both looked exactly alike regarding their age. There was no one to inform you. No museum guides, only your inner knowledge that’s all. At that time, ten years ago, I saw a thin plastic sheet that contained one thousand pages from a book. If you just touched a part of this shinning piece a page would appear, page with still images and video and sometimes impressive holograms. This morning I was shocked because I aw it on CNN technological news. It was invented in Germany. The good news was that millions of trees wouldn’t be destroyed in the future thanks to this great development. Later on future blogs I’ll tell you a little more about this.
